last night on my way to the train, about 100 people were demonstrating in copley square. two of the signs they carried read "no blood for oil" and "bush is a nazi." cops were milling about and alcohol fumes permeated the air. a resistant young man was getting arrested. good times.
more good times. what's a girl to do with 3 skeins of noro kureyon in 3 different colorways (134, 138 and 147).
well she can knit 3 tiny scarves. or 3 tiny hats. or one big scarf. or she can use all 3 skeins and make a simple fair-isle chevron pattern to make a cowl.....
kind of cool, huh.
